This item was listed on the agenda for the Accessibility Advisory Committee Meeting on September 7, 2021. The meeting failed to achieve quorum and it was brought forward to this meeting. 

This item was dealt with through an email to the members on September 28, 2021 requesting them to review the drawings and provide feedback.
