Application to Amend the Official Plan and Zoning By-law


Applicant/Consultant: City-initiated


Purpose: To protect and reinforce the Stellantis Brampton Assembly Plan lands as a Strategic Automotive Manufacturing Employment Area.


Location: 2000 Williams Parkway, Ward 8

Application to Amend the Zoning By-law and for a Draft Plan of Subdivision


Applicant/Consultant: Glen Schnarr and Associates Inc., on behalf of Secondary Plan 47 Landowners Group (Gold Park Developers Inc, Andrew and Luigi Vescio, Randeep Chattha, 2512741 Ontario Inc, 10517 Clarkway Inc and 695218 Ontario Limited, 2631297 Ontario Inc.)


Purpose: To permit the Development of a public community park, private industrial lands, and future public roads.


Location: 10491, 10517, and 10411 Clarkway Drive, Ward 10

Application to Amend the Official Plan


Applicant/Consultant: Precinct 52-5 Landowners Group Inc., c/o Glen Schnarr and Associates Inc.


Purpose: To facilitate the development of a scoped Precinct Plan in Precinct Area 52-5 in Heritage Heights and associated Official Plan Amendment.


Location: east of Winston Churchill Boulevard, south of CN Railway, north of Bovaird Drive West, and west of the proposed Highway 413, Ward 6

Purpose: To facilitate the development of an 18-storey residential apartment building consisting of 132 dwelling units with 2 levels of underground parking.

Request for Class 4 Noise Area Classification (NPC-300)


Applicant/Consultant: Zelinka Priamo Ltd., Ksv Restructuring Inc.


Purpose: To permit proposed changes with regard to noise mitigation measures associated with the approved Site Plan Application (Files: SPA-2024-0144 and SPA-2026-0045) to Class 4 Noise Classification under the NPC-300 guidelines.


Location: 10194 Heart Lake Road, Ward 2 (east of Heart Lake Road between Brussels Avenue and Bovaird Drive East)
