Region of Peel Official Plan Amendment

Purpose: To remove the ‘Employment’ designation from the subject lands.

Application to Amend the Zoning By-law and for a Draft Plan of Subdivision

Purpose: To permit the Development of 3 Industrial Buildings, a Stormwater Management Pond, and associated Natural Heritage Features and Roads.

Purpose: To facilitate the development of a 14-storey mixed-use building with 206 units, 341 parking spaces, and commercial uses at grade.

Purpose: To facilitate the development of a compact retail development comprised of a 1-2 storey multi-tenant structure and surface parking areas.

Purpose: To facilitate the development of a commercial plaza with both office and retail uses, 68 parking spaces, and primary access from Clarkway Drive.

Purpose: To permit a 14- and 16-storey residential towers connected by a one-storey podium, along with four stacked townhouse blocks for a total of 618 units and 578 parking spaces.

Purpose: To facilitate the rezoning to allow for a continuous zone across the subject lands facilitate the development of an underground stormwater management tank and 3 industrial buildings.

Application to Amend the Secondary Plan and Zoning By-law


Applicant/Consultant: 69 Bramalea Holdings Limited, Glenn Schnarr & Associates Inc.


Purpose: To facilitate a phased development consisting of two high-density mixed-use towers with heights of 26-storeys and 18-storeys and a total number of 458 residential units.

Official Plan Amendment to the Region of Peel Official Plan Schedule E-4 - Heritage Heights Secondary Plan - Heritage Heights Secondary Plan - Special Policy Area 1


Applicant/Consultant: City-initiated


Purpose: Approval of an amendment to Schedule E-4 of the Region of Peel Official Plan – a now in-effect Official Plan of the City of Brampton to implement – removing the Employment Area designation from the subject lands to allow a mix of uses.


Location: Heritage Heights Secondary Plan - Special Policy Area 1
