Official Plan Amendment to the Region of Peel Official Plan Schedule E-4 - Heritage Heights Secondary Plan


Applicant/Consultant: City-initiated


Purpose: To propose an amendment to Schedule E-4 of the Region of Peel Official Plan, removing the Employment Area designation from the subject lands to allow for a broader range of uses.


Location: Southeast corner of Winston Churchill Boulevard and Mayfield Road, SPA-1 on Schedule 52-6 of the revised Heritage Heights Secondary Plan

Application to Amend the Official Plan and Zoning By-law, and for a Draft Plan of Subdivision


Applicant/Consultant: KLM Planning Partners Inc., on behalf of West Humber Developments Inc.


Purpose: To facilitate a residential development consisting of 419 apartment units within a 20-storey and 22-storey two tower development, 120 apartment units within two 4-storey mixed-use buildings, and 252 townhouse units. A future stormwater management pond, and two public parks are also included in the proposal.
