Application to Amend the Official Plan and Zoning By-law

Purpose: To permit a phased development consisting of a 42-storey and 32-storey mixed-use building containing residential, office, retail and amenity spaces.


Location: 205 and 209 County Court Boulevard, Ward 3

Application to Amend the Zoning By-law


Applicant/Consultant: 2437859 Ontario Inc. and 2758383 Ontario Inc., c/o Glen Schnarr and Associates Inc.


Purpose: To permit the parking and storage of oversized motor vehicles (trucks and trailers) for a temporary period of three (3) years.


Location: 0, 210, and 220 Sun Pac Boulevard, Ward 8

Purpose: To permit the parking and storage of oversized motor vehicles (trucks and trailers) for a temporary period of three (3) years.


Location: 3420 Queen Street East, Ward 8
