Recommendation

To Facilitate: Residential development with approximately 328 units including 98 single-detached dwellings, 60 standard townhouse units, and 170 apartment units with a ten-storey building. The proposal also includes blocks for a park, vista, stormwater management pond, and natural heritage system. The road pattern established will provide access to adjacent subdivisions of the Block Plan.
