To Permit:  A residential development with approximately 471 residential single-detached dwellings, 2 parks, a stormwater management pond, parts of a Natural Heritage System, and a block to facilitate a future elementary school for the new community.

To Permit:  A mixed-use phased development consisting of 2 podium buildings with tower heights of 10, 12, 18 and 20 storeys with a total of over 980 units and an additional 4,613m2 (49,654ft2) of retail space, 1,365 parking spaces and a total combined indoor and outdoor amenity area of 2,586m2.
